We are often asked why we display our prices in Sterling. Customers may come to the salon one week and be charged something completely different in Turkish Lira for the same treatment two weeks hence. Baffling isn’t it? Ever since foreign visitors first started visiting our shores in large numbers during the mid 1980’s the local currency has been unstable and many businesses locally display their prices in sterling. Either that or the signage and menus are updated on a weekly basis to do otherwise is financially unsupportable.

Many of our products are imported from the UK, it is therefore easier to cost using sterling. It also makes it easier for our customers to compare the value for money of the treatments we offer with what they would be charged in the UK. Are we as cheap as a Turkish salon? The answer is a resounding ‘No’ but the quality of our products, the training level of our staff and the professionalism of our protocols are far higher than the Turkish high street. As with all things – you get what you pay for.

Payment Methods – During the peak summer period, payment may be made in Euros, Sterling or Turkish Lira. By Credit card, money card or cash. The daily central bank rate is used on each occasion to ensure consistency and transparency. During the winter period, our business is effectively closed. We are happy to open by appointment but payment will always be required in cash to reflect the administration requirements of the closed period.
